Sale al Limone

Per realizzare questo prodotto il sale viene estratto dall'acqua del mare di Trapani, successivamente viene arricchito dai profumi inebrianti ed effervescenti dei Limoni di Sicilia.  

Per creare questo sale dal sapore unico, viene utilizzata solo la scorza dei limoni, tagliata a mano e lasciata essiccare sotto il sole.

To make this product, the salt is extracted from the sea water of Trapani, subsequently enriched by the heady and effervescent scents of Sicilian lemons. 

To create this uniquely flavored salt, only the peel of lemons is used, cut by hand and left to dry under the sun.
